The Eaton Syalon website is a modern recruitment platform designed to connect businesses with high-quality professional talent across sectors such as finance, human resources, professional services and executive search. The website presents the company’s services, industry expertise and job opportunities in a clear and engaging digital experience tailored for both employers and candidates.
This project was developed using WordPress as the core CMS and Elementor for flexible page building, enabling the site to deliver a polished and scalable user experience. The development focused on translating the visual direction provided by graphic designers into a fully functional website while maintaining performance, usability and consistency across all sections of the site.
A key feature of the implementation was the integration of the Bullhorn plugin, allowing the recruitment agency to manage and publish live job listings directly on the website. This integration ensures that job opportunities can be synchronised with the agency’s recruitment workflow, enabling candidates to easily browse roles and apply through the platform.
Throughout the project, I worked closely with the design team to bring the visual identity of the brand to life while ensuring the website remained technically robust and easy for the client to manage. The collaboration between design and development allowed the final product to accurately reflect the company’s professional positioning while maintaining a modern digital presence.
